How to stop Chrome reloading pages when you switch tabs?

Did you experience it?
If you have a lot of tabs open in chrome, Chrome will be so slow. And if suppose if you change the tabs, the situation will become even worse. That whole page starts will load again.
Cause:
It's because of some Ram issues. Chrome will take so much memory from RAM.So they have to purge some background task and resources. Due to this process some, tabs will be killed automatically.
Solution:
Here just simple steps will solve this issue,

Step 1: Click this link chrome://flags/#automatic-tab-discarding or copy paste this into your chrome tab.

Step 2: Set Automatic Tab Discarding into Disabled

Step 3: Go to this URL - chrome://flags/#enable-offline-auto-reload
- And you  have to change the settings of Offline auto reload  into disabled

Step 4: Do relaunch your Chrome.
